Refund Policy

You will be able to make returns in the first 15 days. After 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

​To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, with its tags and in the same condition in which it was received.

​Additional non-refundable items:

​-Gift cards.


-WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY REFUNDS.

Except for any defect that the factory product has.


MONEY REFUND (IF APPLICABLE).

When the product is received and it is verified that it has a defect, an email will be sent informing you that your order has been received successfully.

The refund will then be made to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days, established by the issuing bank or the payment platform used.


DELAYED REFUND (IF APPLICABLE).

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be issued. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email at johangalvanrd@gmail.com

Only regular price items are the only ones that apply for returns, unfortunately sale items do not have returns and/or refunds.
